About Coeur d'Alene Paving

Coeur d'Alene Paving was formed in 2001 by Todd Kaufman. In 2004, Todd was joined by his longtime childhood friend, Craig Cozad. Equipped with a vision and a dream, they have strived to make Coeur d'Alene Paving a contender in the local asphalt paving industry.

In 2005 Coeur d'Alene Paving erected their own asphalt plant in Athol, and in 2006 took over the gravel pit at that location. In 2007 we added another location in Rathdrum, Idaho off Highway 53.

We have enjoyed the continuance of new relationships created and strengthened with many local builders, contractors, and developers.

With over 45 employees during the paving season, and 10 employees year-round, we are posed for continual growth in the local market.
